I did get it in the end, just had to wait a while. I kept checking for updates here and there, and I was starting to wonder if it was delayed more than expected. But yeah, it finally showed up, so that was a relief. The wait was the main thing for me.

I was annoyed with this order. Everything seemed fine at first, but then I ended up having to pay an extra customs fee that I wasn’t expecting. What made it worse was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to when I bought it. Not a great experience, and I definitely wasn’t happy about the surprise cost

"Tracking Was Weirdly Vague"
The package showed up fine in the end, so no real issue there, but the tracking updates were late. I kept having to check because it felt like they were being oddly vague on purpose or didn’t really want me to know where it was. Everything arrived okay, just wish the shipping info had been clearer.

My order actually showed up on time, which is always a nice plot twist. The box was in good shape overall, aside from one corner looking like it had a brief disagreement with something heavy. Thankfully, everything inside was totally fine. A little more padding wouldn’t have hurt, but overall I’m happy with it.

I thought the merch was going to be more expensive, so I was a little cautious at first. But the pricing felt fair, and the checkout was simple without any weird surprises. The site just didn’t feel like what I was expecting. The layout is kind of all over the place, and some sections don’t really match or look accurate. It made the whole thing feel a little off, with how unclear some parts were, I started wondering if there might be extra fees or catches hiding somewhere

I was trying to grab a hoodie and a vinyl, but somehow both were already sold out almost immediately. I checked back a few times thinking maybe it was a glitch or they’d quietly restock, but nope, still nothing. The site itself looks decent, but the availability is kind of weird. Makes you wonder if they’re stocking barely any items on purpose or something. It’s frustrating getting excited for merch and then not even having a real chance to buy it. Hopefully they start restocking more often.

"Pretty clear preorder experience"
I preordered from sabrinacarpenter.com and overall it was a smooth experience. It was clearly marked as a preorder, so I never got the impression it was going to ship immediately. It did take a little while before things started moving, but I wasn’t left totally in the dark. I do think one extra email update would’ve been helpful, but for the most part the communication was fair and I felt like I knew what to expect

"Merch seems legit, shipping was just a little slow"
I ordered a hoodie and a tee from sabrinacarpenter.com and they both look legit to me. The tags, print, packaging... all of it seemed official, not like the random fake-looking stuff you sometimes get from other sites. Quality was good too. The hoodie is soft, the colors look like the photos, and the sizing was mostly right, maybe just a little roomy but not in a bad way. Only reason I’d say 4 stars is because the shipping updates were kind of slow and I kept wondering what was going on. But the merch itself is real, and yeah... I’m happy with it overall.

The order itself went through without any issues, but then I noticed my card was charged a little more than the total I was shown at checkout. It wasn’t a huge difference, but it still rubbed me the wrong way. I reached out to support and it took them days to get back to me, and even then the explanation wasn’t very clear. it made me feel like they care more about squeezing out extra money than making things transparent for customers

"Cute shirt, but I expected a little more"
I ordered a shirt from sabrinacarpenter.com it looked really cute when it arrived. The print was nice, and the fit was mostly fine, although maybe it’s just me, but it felt a little smaller than I expected. The fabric is on the thinner side, and after one wash it didn’t feel quite as soft anymore. It’s not a bad shirt, but for the price, I was expecting the quality to be a bit better. I’d probably buy again if there was a sale

I ordered a hoodie and the delivery was kind of a mess. The tracking didn’t change for days then it randomly showed up later than the date they gave me. Customer support did answer but they didn’t really fix anything. The hoodie was fine once it arrived but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date
